We are very excited to be welcoming The Jelly Rollers’ mechanical dragon to the Square! We have teamed up with Colchester Arts Centre to bring you this magnificent 13ft high dragon! It is a completely original interactive musical installation and work of art that will be here to celebrate St George’s Day.

The fearless and curious are invited to step forward and turn the half-dozen handles which animate the dragon via a variety of cranks and chains, resulting in a grand display of hand-cranked contraptioneering.
