We want to share the extra measures we’ve put in place so you can feel totally confident about shopping in our stores again. We appeal to you to work together with us to keep everyone safe.

LIMITED NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS

We’ll be reducing the number of customers allowed in-store at any one time and will have clear social distancing markers in place, with greeters stationed at entrances to welcome you into our stores.​

PROTECTING YOU AND OUR COLLEAGUES​

In line with government advice, all our colleagues will have personal protective equipment (PPE) available to them to wear if they choose. It’ll be mandatory for greeters to wear visors, and colleagues handling store returns or cash payments must wear gloves. All our colleagues will follow strict hand hygiene rules.

CHANGING ROOMS AND BRA FITTINGS

Changing rooms remain closed. Our returns policy is extended to 60 days and we encourage customers to purchase and try on at home.

Bra fittings won’t be available but our expert bra fitters will still be able to give you advice and guidance on finding the best fitting bra for you.​

EASY PAYMENT OPTIONS

Contactless payment up to £45 is available in every store and all card machines will be sanitised after every use. Our till areas will be cleaned regularly throughout the day.

HAND SANITATION

All customers will be offered hand sanitiser on entry to our stores, and hand sanitiser will be available to customers at all till points.​

ENHANCED CLEANING ROUTINES

Frequently touched areas like till points, card machines and fixtures will be cleaned regularly. This includes stock rooms and staff facilities.​

STORE RETURNS AND CLICK & COLLECT

We’ll only be accepting returns for items purchased in an Ann Summers store. To return or exchange an item purchased online or from a Party Ambassador, click here.

All store returns will be quarantined for 72 hours before being put back for resale.

Our Click & Collect delivery service won’t be available.​

PRODUCT DEMOS AND TESTERS

All testers for fragrances, lubes, oils and lotions will be removed, but they’ll still be available for purchase. Our sex toys won’t be on display for you to touch or feel, but demos led by our Sexperts can still go ahead, with strict cleaning routines in between each demonstration. ​
