From Catwalk to Culver

Casting and Finals - Sunday 24 May
Over 733 people registered at the two scouting days and we are delighted to confirm that all 160 finalists have now been written to.
The Castings Finals will take place in Culver Square, near Debenhams on Sunday, 24 May where we will be holding an informal 'casting' to choose finalists from each age category. On the judging panel will be representatives from Culver Square fashion retailers, the model agencies and Modelsearch. All are welcome to come and watch. The event is not an 'entertainment show' but we are happy to have an audience!
The finalists will be invited to walk up and down in front of the judges. This will be an opportunity for every model to gain a greater insight into the world of modelling.
No matter what the weather, the judging will take place. If it is extremely wet, we will adapt the format – contestants will line up under a canopy and be judged accordingly. Whether rain or shine, please come prepared with sun hats, sunscreen or umbrellas!

The prizes: Either one male or female contestant from the adult category will win a test photoshoot from Sandra Reynolds Model Agency.
Truly Scrumptious Child Model Agency will be awarding a year’s model placement to one boy or one girl in the 4-15 age groups.
All category winners will attend a fashion photoshoot at the Culver Square Shopping Centre Colchester in September 2009.
